Tile Roof Cleaning & Pressure Washing in Camas, WA
This roof cleaning started with brushing off all the heavy moss clumps and the cleaning of the gutters. After most of the moss was brushed off the roof, we applied a moss treatment onto the tile shingles to kill any remaining moss, as well as clean any dark discolorations off the shingles.
The remaining bits of moss will come off on their own over time with the help of mother nature.
For the driveway/sidewalk cleaning we started by applying a treatment application to the cement to lift the dirt and make it easier to clean. Then we pressure washed all the flat surfaces clean of dirt, moss, lichen, and anything else that was on it. To finish off we cleaned up any dirt or debris that may have been left after the cleaning. Then we applied a final treatment application to brighten up the surface and kill off any remaining algae or moss spores.
The final treatment application will keep the surface clean much longer than just a standard pressure washing. Algae and moss spores start growing back almost immediately after pressure washing alone because the spores have not been killed off.
